The importance of a Culinary Arts Portfolio:
It is important to have a portfolio because it lets people know how qualified you are. It lets people know of your experience in cooking. A Culinary Arts portfolio also lists some of your best dishes, so it's a good way to draw attention by posting your best looking dishes. Having a portfolio makes people feel more comfortable to eat your food because they know your skills and if you have degrees, they know that you know what you are doing, so the food that they are eating is safe.
